ALA Membership
A prerequisite to join the Middle Tennessee Association of Legal Administrators (MTALA) is to become a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). If you are not yet completely familiar with ALA and everything it has to offer, ALA is the nonprofit association and undisputed leader serving the legal industry, and the people managing it. ALA is where the business of law gets personal, offering powerful opportunities for knowledge and networking that link productivity with profitability. There are two easy ways to become an ALA member: Apply Online or download a mail-in Membership Application.

ALA Leadership
Find your current ALA Board, ALA Staff, and ALA’s Strategic Plan, in addition to the ALA Chapter Resource Team who is ready to assist the Chapter.

ALA Calendar of Events
The Calendar of Events is a listing of meetings and other events sponsored by the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), its regions and its chapters. Also incorporated into this listing are educational programs, industry expositions and similar activities directed to the legal management profession.

ALA Chapter Websites
Chapters provide an opportunity to enhance your membership by participating on a state, provincial, or local basis. All ALA chapters are independently operated in accordance with ALA bylaws, guidelines, standards and objectives for chapters.

ALA Value In Partnership℠ Program
Enhancing the services and benefits available to the ALA members continues to be one of ALA's top priorities. Find member-exclusive VIP services and discounts from nationally known companies in solution categories like cyber security, technology consulting, office products and video conferencing. The savings provided by ALA’s VIP program business partners can add up to 70 percent overall — enough to offset the cost of membership! Please read ALA's white paper on Mutually Beneficial Relationships.

ALA Legal Marketplace
The right products and services are key to successful legal administration. This section of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) web site provides links to information supplied by consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, service providers and training organizations.
